SECONDARY SHUTOFF/ CYCLONE SEPARATORS

Hydraulic Rear Door Kits

The Vertical Secondary Shutoff/ DL & PR Cyclone Secondary Shutoff and moisture trap are designed to be installed in correspondence of the vacuum line of a decompressor designed for the creation of vacuum inside a tank. It prevents foreign bodies (liquids or solids) that could carry over past the primary shutoff from entering inside the decompressor by blocking the intake line with a stainless steel floating ball.

The DL & PR Cyclone Secondary Shutoffs consists of a vertical cylinder which tangentially receives the flow to be scrubbed at high speed. As a result of centrifugal force, the various elements contained inside the fluid are separated according to their density. The purified fluid is freed through the upper axial outlet, whereas the material to be recovered is collected in the lower part of the cyclone and discharged after each job.

PRIMARY SHUT-OFF

Primary Shut-Off

The Opening/Closed Primary Shutoffs are designed to be welded to the machine, where the vacuum line starts. The primary shutoffs are equipped with an “overflow” system with a stainless steel floating ball. This system prevents the suctioned material (liquids or similar) from entering the vacuum line when the maximum level inside the tank is reached. The opening primary shutoffs are equipped with a series of side couplings that enable the connection of various types of accessories, such as vacuum breaker and safety valves, pressure gauges and vent systems and cyclone drains.
The Leaf Spring Primary Shutoff acts as a safety valve in the event of excessive pressure, since it is equipped with leaf spring closure.

AIR-WATER FILTERS

Air-Water Filters

The Air-Water Filters are designed to be installed in correspondence of the intake line (in the immediate vicinity of the suction device) of air decompressors or water pumps. The filter prevents foreign bodies (over a certain size) from entering the pumping system.

The air-water filters are available in three versions: Small aluminium alloy air-water filter, code 1445002900-1445006400 (*); Medium aluminium alloy air-water filter, code 1445003200-1445006500 (*); Large aluminium alloy air filter, code 1445006800-1445007200 (*).

HIGH PRESSURE HOSE REELS

High Pressure Hose Reels

The Swivelling Hose Reel consists of a steel frame onto which a D=1050 hydraulically rotating metal drum is installed. It has been designed to contain and transport hoses, specifically high pressure water hoses.

The Swivelling Hose Reel is intended to be incorporated into machines for cleaning and unblocking sewers and drains using high pressure water. It is typically installed on the rear of machines equipped with a tanks.

The Fixed Hose Reel consists of a steel frame onto which a metal hydraulic rotation drum is installed (available in two versions: D=600 and D=820). It has been designed to contain and transport hoses, specifically high pressure water hoses.

The Fxed Hose Reel is intended to be incorporated into machines for cleaning and unblocking piping and ducts using high pressure water. It is typically installed in correspondence of the rear of machines equipped with tanks.

All the available Fixed Hose Reels are equipped with automatic hose guide system (with upper or lower hose press according to the version), which ensures correct hose winding.

SUCTION HOSE REELS - TOP MOUNTED

Suction Hose Reels - Top Mounted

The Mobile Arm Suction Hose Reel is an accessory designed and sized to be incorporated into machines equipped with tanks to suction sludge (or similar fluids) from road gullies.

The suction is created by vacuum inside the tank (eg. drainage vehicles). The Mobile Arm Suction Hose Reel allows simplifying the operator’s work by nearing the hose to the workplace.

SUCTION HOSE REELS - REAR MOUNTED

Suction Hose Reels - Rear Mounted

The Tilting/Fixed Suction Hose Reel & Transfer Hose Reel are an accessory designed and sized to be incorporated into machines for the suction of sludge (or similar fluids) from road gullies, sewers and drains. It is typically installed on the rear of machines equipped with a tank at the rear.

The suction is created by vacuum inside the tank (eg. drainage vehicles). These hose reels simplify the operator’s work by nearing the hose to the workplace.

SUCTION BOOMS

Suction Booms

The Suction Boom is an accessory designed and sized to be incorporated into machines equipped with tanks to sludge suck (or similar fluids) from road gullies. The suction is created by vacuum inside the tank (e.g. drainage vehicles). The suction boom allows simplifying the operator’s work by nearing the hose to the workplace. The suction boom is normally installed on the upper part of the tank.

It essentially consists of a hydraulically or electrically operated telescopic arm (which houses a suction pipe) connected to one end of the sludge tank.
