Bell Environmental supplies, installs and provides maintenance all types of pumping and related plant and associated equipment connected with potable water supply and effluent treatment. The company carries out such work for Water Authorities, municipal councils, government and production industry throughout Australia, and has undertaken major water treatment projects in South East Asia for World Vision and AusAid.
Diversified into the contracting and installation field, Bell Environmental has formed a number of strategic alliances for many brands of pumps including Flygt, Grundfos, Caprari, Mono, Lowara, Southern Cross, KSB and ITT amongst many others, and have subsequently installed thousands of pumping installations with pump ratings from 1kW to 500kW. With a dedicated team of project managers, pump fitters, electricians and welders, Bell Environmental are well equipped to deliver any type of installation including submersible sewage pumps, mixers and agitators, large-scale borehole pumps, split-case pumps and industrial pressure systems.

Mining:
Through it’s extensive experience in the water industry, Bell Environmental conducts water management solutions for the mining industry, in applications where mine dewatering and critical management of contaminated water is present.
With many alliances forged over years of quality service and experience, Bell Environmental are able to meet the requirements of virtually any pumping application around the minesite, specialising in vacuum-assist pumping applications where high levels of suction lift are required, and submersible borehole and vertical turbine pumps for high pressure dewatering.

Project Management:
Bell Environmental has been delivering infrastructure projects for every major water authority throughout Victoria for over 40 years, including construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, and supply and installation of packaged pump stations including civil construction. Along with our vast project management experience also comes a wealth of knowledge on contract administration, procurement, logistics management and the ability to co-ordinate the various services required to complete the project.
Using our extensive resource base of; pump fitters, welders, we are well equipped to carry out challenging projects, while having the industry experience to overcome obstacles which invariably present themselves as part of the nature of water industry projects.
Bell Environmental are members of the Civil Contractors Federation, Registered Builders and are Confined Space Entry Accredited.
Packaged Pump Stations:
Bell Environmental supply and install packaged pump stations to the water industry, for either sewage or stormwater applications. Starting at 1.8m diameter, we are able to supply pump stations to any depth of up to 12m. Our experienced design and technical staff are able to liaise directly with water authorities and consultants, in order to provide a packaged solution to meet with the specific requirement, using our industry experience to assist with design, specification, installation and project management.
Our mechanical installation teams can offer key competitive advantages such as hydro-excavation where sensitive underground services may be present such as electrical cables, fibre optics, telecommunication lines, gas mains, water mains etc, stainless steel welding (either workshop or on-site) and confined space entry.
Electrical control panels are supplied to meet with the various authorities requirements including SCADA. Panels are custom made and include multiple pump duties, duty/standby, auto-alternating, weatherproof and lockable enclosures and high level alarm systems.
