Bell Environmental has over 20 years experience in the design, manufacture and maintenance of custom made vehicles, and has branched out its level of expertise into the field of fire and rescue vehicles for the emergency services.

In its experience to date, Bell Environmental have supplied vehicles to key clients such as the Victorian Country Fire Authority, Victorian State Emergency Service, and Country Fire Service South Australia with great success, delivering a package which meets and exceeds all our clients expectations, while maintaining first-class back-up support. Given our success in the specialised vehicle manufacture sector, this remains the most rapidly expanding division of the company. Bell has the capability of utilising many makes of vehicle including Scania, Mitsubishi, Hino, Isuzu, Volvo, Toyota, Nissan amongst many others, and has the capability to retro-fit used bodies and cabins on vehicles as required.

Bell Environmental employs a dedicated design team, utilising the latest 3D design software programs in order to be able to meet with customer demands, maximising available space on each vehicle and creating the most lightweight, efficient design whilst maximising the performance of the vehicle. Rescue truck body frames are designed and built using a specialised aluminium extrusion, which while providing extreme strength, dramatically reduces assembly time and further reduces the weight of the package when opposed to steel.
